Orders
After placing your order, confirmation will be sent through the contact details provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order when necessary.

Shipping
We currently ship within Egypt. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on the location. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods.

Returns & Exchanges
Customers can inspect the order upon delivery in the presence of the courier.
Exchange or return is only available at the time of delivery while the courier is present.

Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The customer received the wrong item or incorrect model.

Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Size Responsibility
