Return & Refund Policy

At Molisstore , customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order at the time of delivery while the courier is present.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted during delivery and in the presence of the courier.

After Delivery
Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The customer received the wrong item or incorrect model.

In these cases, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue. 

Conditions for Return or Exchange
Returned or exchanged items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order, as customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
